If you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason and wish to return or exchange it, please contact us within 30 days of accepting your parecl at sales@mygems.ca and provide us with your contact info and order number and we will work with you to have the item sent back to us.
We require the package to be shipped back insured and with a tracking number. You will be responsible for any item lost or damaged during shipping so please ensure the item is insured. Any shipping fees you will incur are not refundable. Once we receive the return, we will work with you to exchange the item or issue a refund for the price paid less shipping & handling. If you received free shipping, the original shipping costs we incurred will be deducted from your refund.
Due to hygienic reasons, ear-rings are final sale. All custom jewelry orders are final sale. However, if there is a problem with your final product, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
