Shipping Policy
All orders over $250 ship free anywhere in the US or Canada. Orders are shipped Priority with a tracking number and insured for the full value. A signature is required upon delivery. Orders will arrive within 2-5 days of delivery.
If your item arrives defective, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@mygems.ca and we will arrange for an exchange or refund. Please provide your contact info and order number, details of the damage and the tracking number of the shipping company.
Please note, My Gems cannot be held responsible for any items held at your country’s border. All orders are shipped insured for full value and protected against loss or damage during shipping. Any packages lost or damaged during shipping are covered under the shipping companies insurance policy. Orders under $250 will be charged a $25 flat rate delivery fee within North America. Shipping fee may be higher for locations outside Canada and USA.
